In today’s video, I’ll show you how to connect HubSpot with LiveChat, add a new contact within the integration, and assign a chat transcript to a contact! Let’s get into this!

🔗 Why Integrate HubSpot with LiveChat?
The HubSpot integration allows you to add customers as new Contacts and enrich their profiles with Notes, including conversation transcripts and additional details. This seamless process can all be done within the LiveChat app, making it incredibly convenient and efficient.

Installation Steps:
1. Go to the Apps section and explore more apps in your LiveChat app.
2. Search for "HubSpot" and click "Install".
3. Open an ongoing chat and, in Customer Insights, click on the HubSpot integration.
4. Connect your HubSpot account by following the prompts and granting access.

Adding a New Contact:
1. Open an ongoing chat in the Chats section.
2. Click the "Add person" button or open the HubSpot app via the icon.
3. Click "Add Contact" and voilà! Your customer is now a Contact in both LiveChat and HubSpot.

Adding Chat Transcripts to a Contact:
1. Click "Add transcript to notes" under Customer Insights or within the HubSpot integration.
2. View and manage your Notes in the Notes section, where you can also edit or delete them.

You now have a seamless integration of your CRM and LiveChat, making customer management easier and more effective!
